Walking through the door of the Solano County Family Justice Center is a brave step — and we want you to know exactly what to expect. Our goal is to make sure you feel safe, respected, and supported every moment you are here.

A Warm Welcome

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our Navigators. Navigators are trained staff who will listen to your story, explain available services, and guide you through your options at your pace.

A Safe and Confidential Space

All of our services are free and confidential.
You are welcome to bring a trusted friend or family member with you.
We do not share your information without your permission, unless required by law to keep you or others safe.

* Law enforcement partners (when you choose to involve them)

Referrals for shelter, housing, and basic needs

Your Visit Step by Step

1. Check In –

You’ll be welcomed at the front desk and offered a safe waiting area

2. Meet with a Navigator –

Together, you’ll talk about your situation and what services might help

     

3. Connect with Services –

The Navigator will introduce you to the right providers, either onsite or through a referral.

4. Next Steps –

Before leaving, you’ll have a clear plan and resources in hand.
