Movement is essential for our physical health and our mental well-being. Yoga, with its focus on breath control, meditation, and various poses, not only improves flexibility and strength but also promotes relaxation and reduces stress. It is a wonderful practice for both mind and body. The Family Justice Center offers weekly healing yoga sessions in our office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. All are welcome to join.
