Yoga at the Family Justice Center

At the Family Justice Center, we believe in the power of movement and mindfulness to support healing. In the past, we’ve offered Just Breathe Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Restorative Yoga—each creating space for survivors and community members to reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and build resilience.

While we do not currently have ongoing yoga classes, we are building an interest list for those who would like to participate in future sessions. Yoga is one of the many healing practices we hope to continue offering, providing gentle support for body, mind, and spirit.
